I hadn&#8217;t really noticed them before but years of beer and burgers had taken their toll. I was hugely embarrassed but didn&#8217;t really know where to start. I initially started doing tens and then hundreds of press ups a night which made no difference whatsoever. I did look into surgery but I was scared of going under the knife and I knew that the problem wasn&#8217;t just my man boobs but fat all over my body. I also found out that all this fat over my body was producing the female hormone estrogen which was also contributing to my breast formation. The answer to me was obvious &#8211; LOSE FAT.</p>
